Kamado-san tomato, ginger and Mt Cook Alpine salmon rice with shiitake, shiso, sesame and nori. Best dinner at home on a cold Sunday night. I got the recipe from happy donabe life website and just added diced salmon belly for last 10 minutes before mixing through.
